Carlene and Michael Duffy

Starting their TV journey on Channel 9's hit show The Block Michael and Carlene wowed the judges with their impeccable design choices and building craftsmanship leaving them with the overall highest judges score for the year. Capitalising on an impressive year, they started a design and construction business called Cedar and Suede.
Michael and Carlene came on board to host Open Homes Australia in 2017. Since then they have travelled the world and have brought some of the best builds and designs around the country into your living rooms.
Bessie Kay

Bessie Kay is a well known TV Presenter. Her journey in the entertainment industry began as a singer and dancer, launching her vibrant career through the Australian Musical Theatre scene. The bubbliest character you will ever meet, Bessie has been bringing smiles to tv screens for years.
Part of the inaugural Open Homes Australia's team, Bessie has been showing off the best parts of Victoria. As a mother of 2 beautiful children Bessie is all about family spaces.
Adam Swanson

Coming from a large Neapolitan family, Chef Swanson’s love affair with food began in his family home. He spent much of his childhood learning his Nonna’s traditional peasant style recipes and helping out with his family’s cheese business; “spending countless hours falling in love with the flavours and smells from his grandma's kitchen. Adam has starred in many popular Australian cooking tv shows and has become a household name.
Part of the Open Homes Australia's Family since 2018, Adam will be giving you recipes to salivate over for years to come.
David Franklin

With more than 25 years of experience in designing and constructing beautiful landscapes, multi-award winning landscaper David Franklin is Director of Franklin Landscape & Design, one of Victoria’s leading boutique landscape design firms. David is the regular landscaper on The Block, where the pressure is on year in year out to deliver extremely high quality landscapes with millions of eyes watching every day.
Being your typical Aussie Bloke who loves his fishing, motorbikes and a cheeky pint, Dave will give you a laugh whilst opening your eyes to some landscaping tips!
James Treble
interior design, new build & renovation, real estate
James is a qualified Interior Designer and Colour Consultant running his own successful design practice. He has decades of experience within varied roles in the Interior Design, Real Estate and Building industry. James is also a keen Ambassador for Planet Ark and firmly believes in the use of reusable and renewable materials: ‘We can all live in beautifully designed spaces, whilst also designing a more sustainable and better tomorrow”.
Well known for 7 seasons as designer/presenter on The Living Room - Channel 10, and TV host on Your Money Channel (formerly Sky News Real Estate), James is also the host of Renovate Or Rebuild, on Channel 9.
